How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
