Shipping Policy

General Shipping

At Elite Equipment HQ, we offer free shipping on select orders within the contiguous USA. However, additional charges may apply for certain circumstances (outlined below). Orders placed with Elite Equipment HQ will typically leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days. In some cases, due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping may take up to 10 business days. Should this occur, we will notify you with an updated shipping timeline.

While your item may ship promptly, it may take longer for tracking information to be generated and provided. We will email tracking details to you as soon as they become available. Small orders are typically shipped via UPS or FedEx, while larger items are shipped via freight carrier. Elite Equipment HQ reserves the right to select the appropriate carrier based on your order.

 

Additional Charges

  • Shipping rates are based on delivery to a single address. Shipping to multiple addresses may incur additional fees.
  • Items over 300 lbs may incur additional shipping fees and may require truck freight.
  • Additional charges may apply for truck freight orders that require Lift Gate or Residential Delivery services.

In the event that your order requires additional shipping charges, Elite Equipment HQ will contact you for confirmation and approval before processing your order.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Items over 100 lbs will be shipped via truck freight.

 

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada

We gladly offer shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. However, additional shipping fees will apply based on your exact location and the size of your order. For an accurate shipping estimate, please contact us directly, and we will provide you with all relevant costs before finalizing your purchase.

Orders to these regions typically ship within 5-10 business days, with most orders processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that transit times may vary based on the specific destination and customs clearance in the case of international shipments.

Damages & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing high-quality products from trusted manufacturers. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are here to assist. Many of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, and you may be directed to contact the manufacturer directly. If you require assistance in this process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

In the case of damage during shipping, please contact us, and we will coordinate the replacement parts or a full replacement of the item at no cost to you. For additional information, please review our Return Policy.

Important: Customers must report any damaged or missing items within 3 days of delivery.

 

Special Delivery Requests

For enhanced security and peace of mind, we offer the option to request a signature confirmation for your delivery. This service ensures that your package is only handed over once signed for by the recipient.

Please note that Elite Equipment HQ cannot be held responsible for packages that are left unattended or unclaimed at the delivery location without a signature confirmation request.
